Founding C2C Pilot Program

pre-discovery questionnaire
Sets the stage so that the discovery call is as focused and informative as possible.
discovery
call
A 60-90 minute discovery call to determine the audience, problem, desired response, business outcome, constraints, success measures and baseline metrics.
technical intake form
Requested information from a named Subject Matter Expert to ascertain key technical information about the product.
industry research scan
Peer and industry sources are researched to determine proven strategies and market failures.
outcome
brief
A one-page brief stating what your audience must understand, feel, believe, or do after encountering the work. It sets the audience, the desired response, and the measures that define success.
treatment
The core message, the audience, the narrative sequence, the production strategy, and the format, resolved against the intended audience response. You approve it in writing.
storyboard
The frame-by-frame build of the approved treatment: visuals, shot descriptions, timing, and audio or narration notes.
technical sign-off
Written verification from your subject-matter expert that every component, sequence, term, and on-screen claim is accurate. Nothing is shot without it.
call sheet and shot list
The run-of-day schedule and the shot list, built from the approved storyboard and the booked production day.
captured production
One production day for scripted interviews and any other on-camera footage that is needed, directed toward the approved storyboard.
on-set approval
You approve the captured content before the day closes, while the set, the talent, and the lighting are still standing.
3D model of the product
The model that shows how the product works, built from your CAD files, photographs, or drawings, with the fidelity limit stated in writing.
rough cut
Structure, pacing, and music, approved on stills and interview footage before the graphics are built.
motion-graphics package
A defined set of custom motion graphics and 3D assets, built against the approved storyboard, with limited revisions and explicit completion criteria.
assembled asset
The finished candidate with colour, sound, graphics, captions, and the format versions the brief requires, with both review cycles closed.
final asset
The mastered asset, checked for format, captions, brand treatment, and playback on the systems your sales team uses.
delivery package
The final assets with the usage guidance your team needs, and the measurement plan for the reviews that follow.
usage guidance
Where the asset lives, who owns it, when to use it, what to say before and after playing it, and what not to do with it.
measurement plan
The baseline indicators agreed in Discover, the 14-day, 30-day, and 90-day review points, and who supplies the data at each.
handover
Confirmed access and storage, the named internal owner for adoption, and the three review points booked in your calendar.
14-day adoption check
Six questions with your internal owner: who owns the asset, where it lives, whether the team has been shown how to use it, and what has stopped anyone.
30-day qualitative review
A 15-minute conversation on whether prospects respond, whether the team uses it consistently, and what prevents use.
90-day evidence debrief
A formal interview comparing the reported position against the baseline indicators agreed in Discover.
evidence review
An evidence review covering results, feedback, and lessons, with a prioritized recommendation for what to refine or scale next. Every claim is attributed to data or labelled directional.
Intended outcomes remain separate from guaranteed lead, conversion, revenue, or sales-cycle results.
Additional assets, product models, production days, versions, and review cycles are scoped separately.
02 / the engagement
Five weeks from kickoff to files delivered.
Three reviews follow delivery, so you learn what the asset changes and what to do next.

Post-delivery reviews [Develop]
what the pilot asks of you
Appoint one primary decision-maker.
Provide access to relevant subject-matter experts.
Supply required product, brand, and sales information.
Consolidate stakeholder feedback.
Participate in the defined review process.
Share available baseline and adoption information.
Review proposed case-study content where applicable.
measurement boundary
The pilot does not guarantee a specific increase in leads, conversion, revenue, or sales-cycle performance. It establishes a focused communication asset and measures adoption, response, and available evidence against agreed baseline indicators.
Attribution depends on data quality and factors outside the asset. The review reports evidence and limitations without implying guaranteed return.
03 / founding terms
Three founding places.
A lower fee, defined terms.
CAD $20,000
founding pilot fee
Founding partners receive the reduced fee in exchange for:
Flexible lead times.
Timely access to required information and subject-matter experts.
Structured feedback on the method.
Participation in post-delivery reviews.
Permission to request case-study documentation, subject to approval.
The founding fee applies only to the defined initial pilot.
Future work is scoped and priced separately.
The reduced fee does not create future discounted pricing.
Case-study publication requires client approval.
